Book Your Wedding or Event Styling Appointment with Sweetbitz Events Hire
After exploring our website, if you feel that Sweetbitz Events Hire is the perfect styling team for your wedding or event, we’d love to work with you! To get started, simply fill out our contact form with a few details about yourself. We’ll confirm your event date’s availability and schedule an appointment to discuss your vision.
Our styling appointment typically takes no longer than one hour, during which we’ll chat about different styles and themes you’re considering for your special day.

Step 2
Receive Your Personalized Wedding Styling Quote After Your Appointment
After your styling appointment with Sweetbitz Events Hire, you’ll receive a personalized quote to take home with you, outlining the details of your wedding styling and decor. If there are any specific items or custom requests related to your wedding decor, it may take us a few extra days to provide an accurate quote.
We kindly ask for your patience as we carefully prepare your quote to ensure everything aligns with your vision. We’ll be in touch as soon as your quote is ready!
Step 3
Confirm Your Wedding Styling with Sweetbitz Events Hire – Flexible Payment & Coordination
Once you’ve reviewed your personalized wedding styling quote and decided on the services you’d like to proceed with, we’ll begin the paperwork and secure your date. Everything can be changed as many times as needed throughout the wedding planning process, so feel free to adjust your choices as your vision evolves.
To confirm your booking, we require a nonrefundable booking fee of 25% of your total balance. After this payment is made, you can choose to pay smaller installments at your convenience, with the final balance due 4 weeks before your wedding date.
If you prefer not to use all of our services, we are more than happy to liaise with your other wedding suppliers (such as florists, cake designers, etc.) to ensure your wedding styling and decor are perfectly coordinated.
Step 4
Final Wedding Styling Appointment or Communication– Finalize Details & Confirm Plans
We recommend a final catch up with us around 8 to 5 weeks before your wedding day. During this time , we’ll go over the final details of your wedding decor and styling, ensuring everything is exactly as you envision. This is the perfect opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments or tweaks.
We’ll also confirm your guest numbers, finalize any changes, and go over our setup times and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Step 5
Wedding Day Setup & Breakdown – Stress-Free Event Styling
The week of your wedding, we will confirm with you the exact time we’ll arrive at your venue to set up your wedding decor and styling. On your big day, we’ll be there at the venue’s preferred time (typically first thing in the morning, or the day before if required) to ensure every detail of your wedding styling and decor is perfectly arranged according to our discussions.
Our team won’t leave until every chair is perfectly placed, every prop is beautifully positioned, and your venue looks exactly as you envisioned. After your event, we will return the following day to break down and take everything down, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration without any concerns!
